While the Rutherford County Clerks Office may no longer be able to help you if you are looking for a quick wedding due to their lack of space and staffing, Oaklands Historic House Museum has someone on staff certified to performing civil marriage ceremonies! While you will still need to stop by the Rutherford County Clerks Office for your marriage license, be sure to call ahead to make an appointment so we can marry you in the manner of your choosing!
