The Middle Tennessee Wind Orchestra is proud to present “An Evening at Oaklands Mansion”, a concert chamber series in collaboration with the historic house museum in Murfreesboro, TN. The program will feature chamber groups of many shapes and sizes, ranging from trios to octets to the entire ensemble. The repertoire will include a minimalist opening, a collection of three colorful octets, and several member-driven chamber groups sprinkled throughout.
The performance will be Friday, August 4th at 7pm in Maney Hall. Admission is free and open to the public. Reservations are required due to limited space. Donations will be accepted both online and at the door.
